Woody McClain is officially a girl’s father – Time two!
The Power Book II: Ghost Actor and his girlfriend Charli B. have welcomed their twin daughters, Emily and Amaya. The couple shared the news with fans last week.
“The baby girls are safe here. Mama safe, baby safe. Both extremely beautiful and healthy girls,” McClain shared on Instagram stories.
Charli also celebrated the moment on Instagram and wrote: “Omg. I am a mother of two beautiful Babygirls Emily & Amaya. I can’t wait to learn to swim my girls.”
Before welcoming Emily and Amaya, Woody and Charli celebrated on Saturday 28 June with a baby shower in Atlanta.
Surrounded by close family and friends, the event was full of fun moments and lots of laughter.
“Our baby shower was really filled with love of our family and best friends !!! I will be grateful forever and cherish these moments,” Charli shared in a message next to a series of photos of the event.
Woody McClain announced the pregnancy for the first time in a humorous Instagram post on April 1.
‘I am such a jokester [and a] Troller, and [I] Like people to keep it sharp, so if you know me, posting the big news on April was Fools Day for me on the brand, “he told people earlier this month.
Being dad has been a life -changing experience for McClain, who says it has deepened his appreciation for women.
“The closer we get, the more I appreciate the incredible power of women. [The ability] To wear children deserves more recognition and admiration, “he said.” Fatherhood feels like I’m preparing for a lifelong role. The amount of research and love that is poured into me is overwhelming in the best way, so I reminds that growth is not only for them, it is also for me. “

“I am the most excited to be the first person to take my girls on shopping,” he shared.
