Durant has many connections with Houston – Last summer he worked out with Jalen Green and Jabari Smith JR, for which he had a lot of praise and was open to playing with the young dollar.
Head coach IME Udoka was an assistant at the Brooklyn Nets during the 2020-21 season of Durant in New York and he also worked on the American basketball staff of Gregg Popovich through the 2020 Olympic Games.
