Below is the schedule for the NCAA Basketball Tournament of Women’s 2025, also known as Women’s March Madness, including 68 teams for the fourth consecutive year.

Final Four of Women’s March Madness 2025 are held in Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida

The last four major teams, 65 to 68, will compete in the first four before the start of the first and second rounds of the NCAA tournament. The top 16 seeds organize the first weekend of tournament games, in addition to the first four.

Of course the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight will be held at two locations, with eight teams that compete with each. Birmingham, Alabama and Spokane, Washington, organize the Regionals 28-31 March.

The Final Four of 2025 is planned for 4 and 6 April in Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. The women’s bracket will be unveiled on Sunday, March 16 on ESPN, with ESPN networks broadcasting each game of the tournament.

According to the NCAA, this year for the basketball of the women’s college the use of the quadrant-based system used by the men-up selection committee is to measure the quality of a victory or a loss, which will take into account the opportunities of teams selected for the 68 bracket team.

Women’s March Madness top seeds

The University of South Carolina won its third Southeastern Conference Tournament Championship in a row under head coach Dawn Staley, and the GameCocks will currently go to UCLA, Texas and USC as the last number 1 seed for the NCAA March Madness Tournament.

UCNN recently won the Big East Tournament title for the 12th year in a row. Although the huskies will most likely get a number 2 seed in the tournament, analysts wonder if UConn should take the number 1 seed, because the South Carolina defeated a margin of 29 points, 87-58 on 16 February.
