Nichols gave birth to Theo in December 2021, while Thompson still went out with ex-Khloe Kardashian. In January 2022, Thompson formally recognized Theo as his son in which he stated that he would: “Taking full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I am looking forward to lifting our son.”
