Tia Mowry is awe for how quickly her children grow up. The actress recently shared her feelings about how quickly time flies while she sees how her children touch new milestones and heights.
In a recent message on social media, the sister sister Alum shared a carousel with images of her children in different stages in life.
The 46-year-old started her caption and said, “My babies are no longer babies!”
She concluded: “See how Cree and Cairo grow in their own amazing, friendly and fearless itself the greatest blessing. As a mother I just want to keep cherishing and encouraging at every step of the road. But seriously … why do they grow up so quickly?! “
Mowry shares her two children: Cree, 13, and Cairo, 6, with ex-husband, Cory Hrdrict. The couple separated in 2022, after 14 years of marriage.
Since her divorce, Mowry has been candid about her experiences, both as a single parent and in navigating co-parenting.
On Christmas Eve last year, the mother of two shared a very open view of her new normal.
“Happy holidays from my family to yours!” Mowry started her caption. “During the holidays, a travel-one travel and a journey is filled with a mix of emotions. It is different, and yes, it can sometimes feel challenging and even lonely, especially if you adapt to a new family dynamic. But over time I found the beauty in it. It is an opportunity for my children to build meaningful relationships with both parents, and for me it creates room for self -discovery, healing and rejuvenation. “
“I will admit that as a single mother I sometimes feel the weight because our family does not look like others. But do you know what? That’s okay. Different means no less than. The most important thing is to keep traditions alive for my children – because what it looks like, we are still family. “
Mowry concluded: “For everyone who navigates this holiday season with co-parenting or a new chapter, you know that you are not alone. There is joy, even in the transitions. Let us continue to make those special moments for our children, whatever happens. ‘
While Tia Mowry continues to see her children grow, she remains grateful for every moment they share together. Although she is awe for how quickly they change, she also embraces every phase with love and appreciation.
Mowry’s reflections serve as a reminder to cherish the volatile moments of childhood before they slip away.
