Tia Mowry and Cory Hrdrict put their children first when it comes to co-parenting as professionals. The couple was recently spotted with support and cheering from their daughter, Cairo, during a track -measured.
The Sister Aluin shared a carousel with images of the meeting on social media. She started her caption: “See how Cairo ran in Birmingham High, the same school where my sister and I went to high school, my heart fills with so much pride.”
She continued: “In our family his sports have always been a large part of our lives. We all played growing up and saw Cairo now entering those footsteps, just like Tahj and Tavior did when he was her age, is so special. She is fearless, determined, and so full of joy, and I couldn’t stuff.
Mowry and Hardrict broke up in October 2022 and ended their divorce in April 2023 after 14 years of marriage. Since the divorce, Mowry has been very open about not only her new journey as a single mother of two, but also the adaptation to co-parenting of Hardrict.
In December 2024 Social Media Post, The game Aluin shared a moving message about co-parenting.
“Happy holidays from my family to yours! During the holidays there is a travel-one traveling that is filled with a mix of emotions,” Tia wrote alongside different images of she and her children who celebrate the season. “It’s different, and yes, it can sometimes feel challenging and even lonely, especially if you adapt to a new family dynamic. But after a while I found the beauty in it.”
She added: “It is an opportunity for my children to build meaningful relationships with both parents, and for me it creates room for self -discovery, healing and rejuvenation.”
It seems that the duo shows really healthy co-parenting behavior and puts the children first, as all parents should try to do in this situation. In addition to the six-year-old Cairo, the couple are also parents of the 13-year-old son, Cree.
