Third Federale starts digital upgrade with the DNA platform of Fiserv

Cleveland, Ohio established Third Federal Savings & Loan has been collaborated with Fintech company Fiserv to provide its digital transformation.

The cooperation will see the implementation of Fiserv’s DNA platform, a step focused on improving the customer service options of Third Federal through real-time transaction processing through all channels.

Fiserv Core Account Processing Solutions said: “As financial institutions are confronted with pressure to meet consumer expectations, they must scan the horizon on future technology that makes innovative, differentiated experiences possible.

Third federal, with assets worth $ 17 billion, selected the DNA platform as part of its strategic initiative to improve activities, offer better products for consumers and homeowners and achieve a rapid deployment of new offers.

The platform is also expected to facilitate seamless integration with advanced solutions and support the bank’s long -term growth directions.
