The newest straw survey from ESPN has Shai Gilgeous-Alexander prior to Nikola Jokic for MVP

In 2024-25, PG Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has an incredibly dominant season for OKC. ESPN recently released their results of the latest straw polls. Tim Bontemps from ESPN noted that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has a strong lead over Denver’s Nikola Jokic.
