Athletic Brand Under Armor announced that Dawn Fitzpatrick, Eugene Smith and Robert Sweeney are members of the company’s board of directors. Fitzpatrick has been CEO of Soros Fund Management, a private investment firm since 2017, and is currently in the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council, the advisory board of the Bretton Woods Committee and the Bloomberg New Economy Advisory Board.
From 2005-24, Smith was a senior vice-president and athletic director at Ohio State University, in which he, among other things, the federal legislative working group of the NCAA-Federal State and participated in the NCAAs Management Council, among other things.

Bain Capital ownership Cheerleading Clothing Provider Varsity Brands has mentioned former pro-footballer Donald Driver as Surge by BSN Sports’ Inaugural Chief Motivation Officer. In this role, the driver will support the program that enables young women to stay at school and to stay in sport.
The appointment follows the settlement of 11 April to pay $ 82.5 million for an Antitrust Class Action law case that claims that Varsity brands have violated the federal antitrust laws (among other things) in 24 states about the monopolization of cheerleading events. In October 2023, Varsity brands agreed to pay $ 43.5 million to resolve similar claims submitted in May 2020.
Duran Lantink
Piug brand Jean Paul Gaultier has mentioned Duran Lantink as creative director. The house announced his very first successor to five years after Jean Paul Gaultier retired, appointed head of both ready-made and haute couture collections. His debut is set for the September-fashion week of Paris with the first ready-made show of the brand in more than ten years in addition to the Shuttering 2014 of Prêt à Porter, while his Haute Couture debut is expected in January.
Yuji Okumura mentioned contemporary retailer Vince as Chief Financial Officer. Okumura has been served as an interim cfo of the company since March and as a controller since September 2020, although in 2018 he was affiliated as director of financial reporting. Before Vince, Okumura spent more than ten years in public accounting.
Lauren Brindley
Lauren Brindley has named the largest American beauty store, Ulta Beauty, chief merchandising and digital officer, with effect from 3 June. Brindley will follow Monica Arnaudo and retire after almost eight years at the company. In this role, Brindley will be responsible for merchandising, e-commerce, wellness and marketplace strategies, which leads the efforts of the brand fire building. Brindley was recently CEO of Revolution Beauty and previously held senior leadership positions at Walgreens and Boots UK.
Wood -based fiber producer Lenzing elected Patrick Dissenbucher and Leonardo Grimaldi as new members of the Supervisory Board and expanded the mandate of Stefan Fida. They will serve “until the end of the annual general meeting that takes on the resolution that the members of the supervisory council act in the financial year 2029,” the group said. The elections were due to the expiry of the office conditions for Fida and from chairman Cord Prinzhorn, who joins the B&C Group fully. During the subsequent component meeting of the supervisory council, Dissenbucher was elected chairman, Carlos de Almeida was elected first deputy chairman and Fida was elected second deputy chairman of the supervisory board.
