Shaquille O’Neal (Shaq) also spoke his true feelings about the Detroit pistons on TNT.
Shortly after he called the pistons boring on his podcast ‘The Big Pod’, O’Neal doubled by saying that he is not looking at them.
That would at least be logical, because he claimed that the pistons were four games under .500 were and were coached by Chauncey Billups.
It was not all negative, because he shower both Cunningham and Isaiah Stewart with praise.
“You said something very interesting about gift Cunningham, great player who is now playing at his own pace,” said O’Neal. “Everyone who can consistently play at his own pace and set up figures is a great player. I love the way he plays, I love what Chauncey does. Those guys play hard.
My favorite player in that team is Isaiah Stewart. Big Body, Hard Guy, likes to save people. “
Candace Parker then called O’Neal and said Billups instead of JB BickerStaff, the actual coach of the pistons.

Pistons flying under the radar
Detroit has won 12 of the last 15 games and improves to 37-29 of the season. The team is now a striking distance from the advantage of the home field for the first round of the play -offs. The Milwaukee Bucks, currently fourth in the east, has a 36-28 record after losing three consecutive games.
The Indiana Pacers are also firmly in the mix at 36-28 and have just defeated Milwaukee.
Cunningham has had an excellent season and should be in the conversation for an All-NBA team. Due to 61 games, the first time that All-Star has an average of 25.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, 9.3 assists and a bargain per game.

The competition is more than just talking about the contenders day in day out and Detroit must actually be celebrated because he is one of the best stories of the season.
In addition to Cunningham, Malik Beasley is a candidate for the sixth man of the year, to last Jalen is an emerging big man who has to embrace O’Neal, and Ausar Thompson is a freak -athlete.
There is much more to the pistons than in mind. O’Neal has not allowed them to even meet his eyes.
