Los Angeles Lakers -Superster LeBron James is expected to miss at least one to two weeks with a left Liesstam, sources informed of ESPN’s Shams Charania on Sunday.

LeBron James sustained his left Lies Stam when he turned around Celtics’ Jaylen Brown in the fourth quarter

James waits a few days before he receives a new evaluation to assess his groin injury. He left road loss on Saturday 111-101 to the Boston Celtics with 6:44 over in the fourth quarter and did not return.

According to Dave McMenamin from ESPN, James had just scored with 7:05 to pull the Lakers within seven points, down 92-85, after they had left with no less than 22. The four-time MVP said the injury took place when he turned around Celtics star Jaylen Brown to score in the lane.

During his Postgame interview, James tried the injury and said that there was “not much concern” and promised to go “day to day” during the treatment. He also missed 17 games during the 2018-19 season after he had a tense left Groin on Christmas Day.

The 22-year-old veteran registered 22 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists in 34 minutes action. He finished 11-of-23 (47.8%) shooting from the field and missed all six 3-point attempts.

“I’ve been there before and I know what type of injury you are dealing with,” said James on Saturday. “Maybe it has expanded a bit too much.”

Lakers will play six games in the next eight days

LeBron James, 40, who played in 58 of the 62 games of the Lakers until Saturday, is an average of 25 points at 51.7% shooting from the floor and 38.4% of deep, 8.5 assists and 8.2 rebounds this season.

Los Angeles enters a demanding piece of his schedule and plays six games in the next eight days included two games each against the Denver Nuggets (41-23) and Milwaukee Bucks (36-26).

“We can compete against everyone in this competition,” said James. ‘So it will be fine. We have to keep building our habits. We are not true [the Celtics] are, the defending champion. And they have been playing basketball together for a long time. And they got great chemistry and know what they want to do.

“We made a takeover late in the season and we are still trying to build. And we want to get full. … that is the number 1 objective for us: how we can get full and get all our boys together and see exactly what we look like. “

Despite the losing of James for a few weeks, the Lakers are still 18-4 in their last 22 games and number 3 are in the Western Conference classification, half a game behind the No. 2-ranged nuggets.

The Lakers will continue their journey of four games on the Brooklyn Nets on Monday.
