Blake Lively has filed a changed complaint against her It ends with us Co-star Justin Baldoni, who now claimed that his designed behavior made at least two other female cast members ‘uncomfortable’.

The updated application of 163 pages, submitted to the Federal Court of New York on Tuesday, builds on the initial lawsuit of Lively from December 2024 and contains detailed accounts on how Baldoni’s behavior reported others on the set.

According to the amended complaint, obtained by Yahoo Entertainment, Lively’s Advocaten, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, said Lively, reported her concerns about Baldonis and co-producer Jamey Heath’s alleged inappropriate behavior to Sony representative Ange Giannetti on 26 May 2023.

In the next three days, “another female cast member reported her own worries” about Baldonis and Heath’s on-set behavior to Giannetti, as a result of which Sony forwards these issues to Wayfarer Studios, the production company of Baldoni.

On 1 June 2023, Baldoni would have recognized these concerns in writing, stating that adjustments would be made. Lively, however, says that Wayfarer “did not take action to investigate the case”. By 8 June the same female cast member spoke with Lively about ‘growing concern about the circumstances on the set’.

“I know I find it very difficult to talk to him,” Lively reportedly responded her female co-star. “I try to cover it with crowds, but I am not sure if that will deal with what is going on.”

According to the complaint, a second female cast member later trusted her own discomfort on the set. All their complaints were “documented in writing, almost a year before the filming of the film started,” said the submission.

Although they are not made in more detail in Lively’s complaint, her lawyers repeated in submitting that both female cast members are willing to testify against Baldoni in court.
