Everton achieved a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace in Selhurst Park with goals from Beto and Carlos Alcaraz and ensured that the side of David Moyes left with all three points in South London.

The match started with Crystal Palace with an early attacking intention, as Jean-Philippe Mateta Jordan Pickford tested with a low-written shot in the sixth minute.

Oliver Glasner responded with changes during the break and introduced Ebereechi Eze and Adam Wharton to inject new energy into the side. The replacements almost immediately made their fruit, because Palace equalized only two minutes in the second half.
