Chelsea top scorer Cole Palmer could not score a penalty for the first time in his career when the goalkeeper Mads Hermansen of Leicester City denied the English international of the place on Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Chelsea certainly seemed to continue when Victor Kristansen gave a penalty for a 20th minute error on Jadon Sancho in the Premier League-Alleen for Dane Hermansen to deny Palmer.
“It was an absolutely brilliant salvation,” former Foxes and Blues -goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer told BBC Radio 5 Live. “He waits for the last second and spreads, completely to the left of him.
“Cole Palmer’s struck that with pace – he is gone for pace, power and direction. He is gone for power over placement and the keeper just does this so well. It is really a good save. “

The Chelsea player of the season before 2023/24 had spotted all 17 of the Spotkicks he had previously been recorded by the Statistics website Transfermarkt.
Nine of his 13 level arrived in Chelsea during his excellent first campaign, and he added one for England against Bosnia and Herzegovina last June.
The former prospect of Manchester City scored three penalties this season and held up at home for the first time to Brighton & Hove Albion in September before they pack two in one match in Tottenham in Tottenham in December.

Chelsea vs Leicester
Leicester runs 29 points behind Chelsea in the table, but scored almost shortly thereafter when Tosin Adarabioyo went against his own bar during a mixture with goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.
Palmer earned the nickname ‘Cold’ because of his ability to keep his ability on his way to 27 times in all competitions last season, but the 22-year-old entered the meeting on an eight-game run without a goal in all competitions.
“He is on a bad shape, according to his standards,” Schwarzer added. “The punishment was one of someone without trusting huge quantities.

Chelsea will go to fourth place above Manchester City if they avoid the defeat, while Leicester started six points behind wolves of the fourth soil.
