Carlo Ancelotti was furious about the decision to send Jude Bellingham against Osasuna on Saturday for different opinions.
Real Madrid remained frustrated when they dropped points again, with the controversial red card from Bellingham, which turned out to be the most important talk point of the game.
Los Blancos had taken an early lead, but had trouble finding a second goal, despite the fact that three strong fine professions were rejected by the referee.
Their frustration came over in the 39th minute when Bellingham received a straight red card for reporting to screaming “f*ck you” at the referee when Real Madrid was about to take a goal kick.
The decision shocked both fans and players, where manager Carlo Ancelotti later sheds light on what led to the dismissal.
After the game, Ancelotti explained: “I think the referee did not understand the English of Jude Bellingham. He said f*ck, not f*ck you … that’s very different.
“I will no longer talk about the referee because I want to be on the couch next week.”
🚨🚨Jude Bellingham: “I said the words to myself (f*ck off), not to referee, I have already rejected myself. It is difficult when the referee says I insulted him, while I clearly did not do that. I am glad that the videos are out as proof that is going against the match report. ” pic.twitter.com/nofhilez9w

Bellingham himself reflected the feelings of his manager and insisted that a misunderstanding played a key role in his shipping. He claimed that his words were not intended as insult.
“I said nothing to the referee,” Bellingham clarified. “It is clear that there was a communication error.”
“It is an expression as Spanish ‘Joder’ … and the result is that he left us less with one player. It is not an insult, it was an expression for myself. “
Although they held their 1-0 lead until the break, the numeric disadvantage of Madrid turned out to be expensive in the second half.
Osasuna received a penalty in the 58th minute after the late challenge of Eduardo Camavinga, and Ante Budimir converted the place to bring the score to 1-1.
The visitors could not restore their benefits and took a frustrating draw that title rivals Atletico Madrid and Barcelona left a chance to close the gap.
After the match, Bellingham did not give an apology to the referee, but to his teammates to place them in a difficult position.
“I am here to apologize to my teammates apologizing while I put them in a difficult situation today,” he admitted.
“I have never offended the referee, I am happy to see that there are the videos to show reality despite the referee’s report.”
With the title race that warms up, Real Madrid hopes to leave this controversy behind and to win again in their huge Champions League return bone against Manchester City.
